Although registration for the Social Events is included for participants (registered in the categories "Full-time doctoral students" and "Regular participants") in the conference registration, confirmation of attendance at these activities is mandatory, through the personal area.
Participants may also bring an accompanying person to the social events, upon prior registration and payment of the respective fee, through the personal area.
Note for Participants Registered under "Individual Days" Categories
Participation in social events (Sunset ate Praia da Luz and Visit the Port Wine Cellars & Gala Dinner) is not included in the registration for these categories and is subject to an additional fee.
