Presentation Timing: Each presentation slot is 25 minutes long: approximately 15 minutes for your talk and 10 minutes for discussion and questions. Please plan your content accordingly.
A Chair is assigned to each session to introduce speakers and monitor compliance with the schedule. Please follow their indications regarding timing.
Presentation Templates: We will not provide a specific PowerPoint template; speakers are free to use their preferred design.
Presentation Format: Please bring your presentation in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format on an external device (such as a USB pen drive). Using a PDF is recommended if you want to guarantee that your formatting is fully preserved. Ensure your external device is compatible with Windows PC.
Please arrive at your session room at least five minutes before the session starts. You will need to upload your presentation onto the room computer desktop and check that everything works correctly.
